thetedinator's As-built 240g System

@thetedinator

Thanks for the video.
Your reef is really awesome as always and very nice to watch.

Is that 5 Yellow Tangs in there?

Thanks, GoVols

There is constant confusion as to who is in charge until my Gold Flake Angel sets them all straight.

It's been a while since I posted pictures of my corals so here goes. Some photos are side view and some are top down. Lighting is Radion XR30 Pros set to 14k at about 60%. All photos were color corrected in camera.

GHA is winning right now.

Beautiful tank, GHA and all!

I think it's delightful that you've got so many groups & pairs of things like banggais, azures, yellow tangs and coral beauties!

Looks great ...how do u clean ur acrylic I just ordered a acrylic tank
I have the See Clear magnet sleeves. They fit on different magnet sets. I use Mag-Floats

what percentage of water you change at each WC? and how often
My normal regiment is to do a 15% WC every 2-4 weeks. Sometimes I up that to 25%. Lately because of battling the GHA and because I had a return pump fail and dump a bunch of Fe into the system, I am doing weekly 25% water changes.

Thanks. This is not a complete list: I have 1 Misbar Goldflake Angel (my favorite fish) 5 yellow tangs, 5 captive bred (CB) Banggai Cardinals, 4 CB Coral Beauties, 4 Azure Damsels, 5 Springeri Damsels, 12 (CB) Ocellaris Clownfish, 2 Mexican Red Cap Gobies and singles of other fish.

Things are coming along nicely. Earlier in this thread you will see a photo titled "encrusting green and blue frag I got from Chefzilla" Here is an update for that coral. While I lost other corals this one hung in there. It is a slow grower. Since I don't know the name and I'm not sure Brent does either, I'm calling it Chefzilla's Unknown Blue and Green Acro.
