I'm seeing something that I've never seen before and I'm not sure what to do about it. My skimmer has started producing really thick bubbles. I can't think of how else to describe it. Literally the bubbles are thick skinned and they don't pop. They lift the lid on the collection cup. This happened yesterday when I wasn't home and it overflowed the collection cup and filled my entire sump with big, thick bubbles.
I've added two things prior to the happening:
1. I did one dose of Potassium Chloride to bring my potassium levels up.
2. I added a bag of Cuprisorb to try to bring down my tin levels
Any ideas?
