Just spotted these today, about a dozen on the glass. I took the best pictures I can. They are unmistakably worms, move just like a worm. What are these? Are they reef safe? How do i get rid of them?

These are detritus worms and often a sign of overfeeding or lack of maintenance such as siphoning. Increase gravel siphoning and reduce amount fed (at least until you have these under control)
