Hi. Still not a very clear pic. Circle what you are referring to. Get a magnifier app for your cell phone if that is what you are using for photo close up.
 
The thing with the stripey looking tentacles? The pic is not good enough to id, a guess would be aptasia or majano anemone
 
Why is every hitchhiker that could maybe be an anemone automatically labeled as an aiptasia or manjano, no matter how the look?

Neither aiptasia nor manjanos have striped fat tentacles like that. There are hundreds of different anemone species. If it moves, it might also be a nudibranch, but maybe not
