over the course of 5 months I've had four clownfish disappear and a long tentacle anemone go missing, I've looked all around the tank to see if they may have jumped out and nothing, what could be happening?

Well, an Anemone won’t climb out...... do you have a sump, HOB? what else? You need to check plumbing etc

When things die they get eaten. Anemones shrivel up and hide in crevices, and when they die they just sort of dissolve.
The real question might be why are things dying. Multiple clownfish (more than 2) might have been killed off. It's what they do in a confined space.

@W1ngz is spot on with his answer. I don't know how big your tank is, but I have a 55 gallon, which is small these days, and lost a fire goby that did not jump out and I removed my rock looking for him and found nothing. Every reefer has had fish disappear without a trace, I'm sure lots of people here would help you find the root cause of the deaths if you want.
