These white thing have bee all over my glass, what are they. Is flatworms a possibility

If they are really tiny white "bugs" hopping around the glass, they are Copepods which are great for your tank as a natural food source for fish. If you didn't add them yourself, they were most likely brought in on a frag or piece of live rock.
 
The larger looks like LPS eating Nudis. Specifically Euphyillia eating. The small red ones could be Red Planaria flatworms which go after SPS. Still hard to see in pics.

You could use Flat Worm Exit to remove them but be very careful when using it. Mass die off can nuke your tank.

I scraped them with the glass cleaner, also will six line wrasse eat them
