Hey guys,
I recently redid my rock work in my FOWLR and added about 20lbs more (purchased from someone on letgo) the live rock looks healthy but can anyone tell me what the attached photos are?

Secondly,
I added a reef light the day after redoing my rock work and for some reason my fish, clowns and small anthias specifically, arent moving from one back corner of the tank. Could it be stress from moving everything? Do they need to get used to the new lighting? Also got my water tested and everything checked out ok.

Any and all feedback is welcome!

Looks like a shroom some sponge and a paly. Nothing dangerous by the looks. The fish are probably just stressed from the rearranging and new lights. It’s a good idea with new lighting to start out on the dimmer side if they are dimmable.

What is a shroom and paly? Are they a type of coral?

Quick notes on the palys don’t try and cut or scrape it out of water especially without proper ppe, goggles (I prefer a full face shield) and gloves minimum. They aren’t particularly harmful to your fish or tank so don’t worry about that aspect.
