Things to do to lower nitrate more

I have A180 mix fish 9 anthias 2 clowns 2 tangs red sea sailfin and purple 2 wrasses and a goby. The nitrate stays at 10 it was higher i put a brightwells no3 plate in the sump skimmer works good and 15 gallon water change a week. What else can i do to drop it more.

feed less and/or do some nutrient export via a fuge if you have room in your sump or an algae reactor

That too. I used to dose vodka when I had my old tank.

Just looked at my skimmer my water level in the sump was to low for what the skimmer recomends maybe the skimmer was not working like it should.
