After looking at it more I might take off the top left rock
 
Off to a great start! I would break up the upper left rock into smaller pieces. In a smaller tank, you want to use some smaller rock to keep everything in perspective and make the tank look less small if that makes sense. I personally would probably remove the flat rock entirely only because it doesn't match the others (again, just my opinion...I like uniformity lol).
 
Yeah, I think I'd put the flat piece on the bottom in the middle. Then it would kinda 'flow' up into a reef wall type.
