Think it's ready???

So I have been cycling my rsr 350 for a month now. Nitrates are now 40 and no ammonia. I added a neon dottyback and a blue damsel about 3 days ago. Added cleanup crew today. I was just wondering if it's ok to start moving over my fish from my old 30 gallon. I have a pair of Domino clown, coral beauty, tomini Tang, flasher wrasse and a goby/pistol pair. Am I good?

If it were me, I’d add one or two fish every few weeks to give the tank some more time to adjust to each new addition (transfer).
