Think my cleaning shrimp is pregnant, I can see loads of little green eggs.

Yes, they are often pregnant. I forget the proper term but all of them can carry eggs and definitely read many reports of people having the shrimp lay their eggs in the tank, but likely they will all just become food for your fish!
