So I’m thinking about getting rid of my 40 gallon breeder and buying a marine 70 aquarium by water box. Currently looking at a new tank to upgrade to and getting a list together of some stuff I want to put in it.

What do you guys think about them? Maybe Red Sea reefers are better? I have my doubts, but that’s just me. Let me know and would love to have a discussion about a new tank and what to put in it!

I’ll be in the next tab planning the parts out haha

I was actually looking at one of those for a bit. I have no experience with them but I'm sure they're pretty decent. Besides, dont we all modify everything down the road to accommodate the needs of the tank anyway?

I have a planet aquarium tank and I love it. My brother in law has a redsea reefer 350, and its equally as nice in my opinion. I don't know anyone with a waterbox tank, but at this point I just think its personal preference!

Have you checked out the new Red Sea XL300? It has a plywood cabinet ( like Waterbox) with leveling feet. Its dimensions are: 36L x 22.6 W x 22.0 H. Something to at least consider. GL in your search.
