Thinking of buying a used maxspect gyre xf150 seems like a very strong pump and it’s a great deal.
Yes it’s older but if it works what does it matter?
Comes with both A+B sides and all the accessories.

My concern I have a IM micro 30 19X19X19 and running it vertical on back left wall running behind rock work do you think it would be too much flow?

IMO,
I think the biggest benefit of the Maxspect Gyre is when they came out with the advanced controller and maybe the rugged impellers.
Having said that, you might not get either of the newer options with an older XF-150.
The basic controller is just very basic.
If your only running 1 gyre with no plans to add a 2nd, I’d personally consider an IceCap 3K. Their controller is much more advanced then the 1st gen Maxspect controller.

+1 with some great advice.

I do run two 230's but never ran any of the 150's. I was told by friends who did that the impeller blades easily broke.
