Hi Everyone--I value your experiences far more than the product push videos put out by different retail websites...
Here is where I am at

I have a 190 gallon display---I have had 2 of the maxspect razors running on it for 5 years--I have had to return them multiple times because the LED panels just quit---I have glass tops so it is not a salt creep issue--They are in an enclosed canopy but they have fans to dispense any heat (LED -so really not an issue )
My husband and I are frustrated because we very little success with corals--the fish are super healthy and out parameters are always good--We are currently revamping the pump situation and are going over to sea swirls (2) and keeping an MP40 for the lower portion of the tank to help suspend detritus...The lighting is next on the HIT list --once I can scrape enough money together I want to go with a different brand-I was looking at the Kesil A360's

I imagine I will have to buck up for 3 of them on such a big tank---

Any suggestions are welcome

Bette

I think you will need more than 3 360’s for 190. What is your footprint?
What is your budget for new lighting?
Are you using an aquarium controller or controlling the lights with their own controller?
What type of corals do you want to keep?

I would look into a hybrid setup, you can use Kessils or Radions and you will always have enough light for any coral selection.

Hi--the footprint is 60w X 26H X 28 deep
I would like to stay around $1200 I have been using the timers on the maxspect as I love the moonlight option. And i think SPS are our favorite corals ..

thanks for any help....

I’ve been running 3 AI Hydra 52’s on my 180g for a couple of years and all spa and lps are doing well and growing. Since AI has replaced the Hydra 52, 26 and Prime with new versions the remaining older models have been discounted. I would try to keep the lights you have and add 2 Hydra 52’s. I don’t think the 26’s will be enough with a 28 inch deep aquarium. Premium Aquitics still has the Hydra 52’s in stock at about $160 off the regular price.

You can pick up 2 of these for below the $1,200 budget you said you have.
