Never heard of them. If you read the about us section they are an overseas sales place, so I would say it is buyer beware....but thats just my 2 cents worth

Quick note, the one review they have was typed up on here just the other day, I would do a search for it and ask him if he knows about this. If not they are fake and can get in a lot of trouble for using his review without permission.

If you want a cheap one at that price, try SC skimmer. I got mine off ebay new for pretty cheap.
