Thinking about using this for an ATO, Thoughts?

I am refinishing this cabinet to use as a new home for my tank, I was thinking about using this as an ATO tank. i will give me a tight fit since space is limited.
what do you all think? is the plastic its made from ok or??

yeah! works just fine. i used a similar one that was 7 gallons.

yup it's FDA approved for direct food contact so that means that a #4 LDPE is made of virgin plastic & wont leach anything into the water you should be good.
