I use a 6 bulb sunpower fixture currently with the following bulbs ( front to back)

Blue +
Coral+
Blue +
Blue+
Purple+
Blue +

Thinking of adding an actinic in either the first blue + or getting rid of the purple + entirely. Looking for a little more pop. Anyone run this combo? Thanks for the help. :)

I think it would work out fine if you replaced the Coral+ or Purple+ with the Actinic. Both the Coral+ and Purple+ are pretty strong daylight bulbs would could be drowning out the blue.

I have both slots in 2 and 5 for channel 1 with true actinic. This really makes a lot of things in my dt pop in colorations like never tmr.

Awesome..... What other bulbs do you run with them? Any pics?

In my power module I run 4 blue+ and 2 aqu blue special (12kish) the reason I don't use the actinic is the big drop in par. I have it over my SPS tank and my colors suffer with the decrees in output. As long as you don't mind giving up a little intensity the actinic will work just fine.

I would leave it as is unless the blues plus are putting out too much par.

You can always remove the two channel and add LEDs to it for that pop. I was considering it but didn't want to tear up my Powermodule fixture.
