Would 6 T5s be enough light on 75g to grow chalices, monti, and some caps or will i have to get 8.And if 6 will work what kind of bulbs.I would like to get ATI bulbs if they will work.Thank you for any help.

6 bulb will be plenty

What type of look are you going for?

Without knowing I'd do something like:
ATI blue plus
ATI blue plus
Fiji Purple
ATI blue plus
Aquablue Special
ATI blue plus

i have 6 t5s and have a staghorn,2 monti caps, and all other types of coral.......if i didnt just have a ph issue everything would be great.......just put the sps on the top of the rocks

The 6 bulb combo would be enough. I think that the bulb combo that agent462 posted would be great. I would consider those corals medium light to low light. I would think that you should be able to keep more light demanding corals near the top of the tank. What fixture do you have in mind, or are you going to do a retro-fit?

thanks now getting t5s and another frag pack with jedi mind trick and chalices with out the wifey seeing them.

thinking of retro and breaking my own shield.have to buy a flat stock sheet 10x4 and i can do one for my 3og cube also

I would not unless you can do it the right way with the right materials! The reflectors are what make the T5's good.. The best reflectors are individual curved to the bulb and highly reflective!
