I have an aquaclear 70 (as some of you know from my recent posts). I have a standard 29 gallon tank. I am thinking about getting the tunze interial filter 3162. It goes in tank and has a gph of 250. My aquaclear is 300 gph. I know the tunze will tak some space in my tank but it really isn’t too much. Also I can hide my heater in it and I was also going to buy the tunze ato 3155 which can be fit in the filter as well. I like the idea of being able to keep things together and give my tank a clean look. Anyone have this filter? Is it worth the upgrade? How much noise does it make? My AC70 is pretty dang quiet which is a must since the tank is about 7 feet from my bed. I would be going from about 10x turnover to 9x turnover so not as much, but it should still be fine, correct?

i was also looking at the reef pack which has the filter andprotein skimmer. Is the skimmer any good. https://www.aquacave.com/tunze-comline-reefpack-250.html

my main thing, outside of working well, is quietness.

So I am between the 3162 and 3163 tuznzecomline filters. 3162 as variable pump that has 225 gph and the 3163 has non variable pump of 475 gph. With my tank being 29 Fallon tank, would the 475 be pushing too much water?
