They worked in the 40g. I think I used 5 in that. The infestation in the 180g is worse then I thought so I am hoping 35 is enough. I also found stars munching on a couple things so that will be the next battle.

Got my moonshiners order and have added Liquid Mud and Vitamin x to the dosing regime. Have gone through a bottle of Barium and Fluoride already so I restocked those. Zinc and Selinium were also purchased to round out the collection. Will be sending in my next ICP in a couple weeks, to give the mud and vitamins a chance to stabilize. I personally am very happy with the results. It has helped all of my corals not just the sps.

I'm getting ready to order an icp to send off for the cube so I can start back up. Probably try to get that out this week. Don't trust the little bit of mud I had still from previously, there was barely any anyway so I tossed it, need to order fresh. Not sure what else I might be extra low on but after the first test for this tank I'll put in an order for whatever I may need.

Cleaned the glass. Took a video. Yeah I fixed the plate that got flipped over. Not sure why video quality is so poor may try again tomorrow.

I will be curious to hear your thoughts on the new test they recommend. I personally don’t know how much more of a difference it can be. But I know they are pushing the sales of it and it’s almost double the price.

The high end one (65$ or so) is a good test to run once you have a standard dosing regime in place. It's really the only way to truely know what some of your dailies are at since the ATI kit will (should) only give you 0. They so say that starting out the ATI test is perfectly fine to use as well. I'm not quite there yet as my levels seem to fluctuate more then most and im still trying to get things in line. I have to start plugging in my results into a personal spreadsheet to see my trends since I'm not a fan of the ATI site. Maybe this weekend.

I know they "can" but has anyone else had peppermint shrimp breed in their tank? I have a small clear shrimp ticking off my Duncan. That or it's a Godzilla sized pod.
