Third time better be the charm

That was my first thought, home brewing of some kind of a contraption. But didn’t think Becky did any of that so was lost. For honey makes more sense now
No lost is lost I am B.

Care to explain how this contraption works?

I thought in order to extract honey you just needed to remove the honeycomb, and it all.. Just dripped out..

I obviously know nothing about beekeeping or honey extraction.
Where is that Google app. Wait there has to be a YouTube video somewhere. .. jk
Think cytriphical force.
Un cap the comb, put frames in fun machine, turn on switch. Honey comes out the bottom frames go back in hive for refill.
Used the crush and strain method in the past and that ruined all the comb so they had to rebuild it. This saves them that extra work and gets me more honey. Comb building takes the most energy and resources from the bees.
Shortest video I could find.

That's awesome. Like seriously.

When you fire it up, make sure to take some video of it going

This is so freaking cool.

My mom had hives on her property but she didn't care for them (meaning harvest or tend to the bees). When someone asked to rent her property for bee hive use, she told them they could do it for free as long has they gave her some fresh honey when ever they came out to harvest. She would just stick the sheet of honeycomb in a big pot and let it drip out. I miss that honey. :::drool emoji:::
