Finally home and settled. Tank needed a good clean so I scraped the glass, cleaned both powerheads, the overflow weir, the return pump and the sump weir. Amazing how much flow increases when everything isn't all gunked up. The clowns have eggs. First time I have ever noticed this. Right on the side of the overflow box. Wish I could figure out a way to keep them. Doing my first round of moonshiners tonight. Once I get all the corrections dosed and get the dailies going for about 2wks I'll send in the second test.
Missed my boy, glad to be home.

Tested thursday and levels were all out of whack. 2 reasons. All the crap I scraped off the glass and I had stopped dosing while I was out of town. I learned 2 things from this, clean things more often and the tank needs supplements added routinely now.
Made some adjustments, started the ca and alk drips and some other minor tweaks and this am everything is in the "acceptable to me" range. Making up a bit of water bc I want to give the sump a good clean and get all the detritus out from the chambers. Trying to get the last of the nems out but I'm not hopeful.
Battleboxes and my Blue Ghost grow out frag are scheduled for Wednesday delivery.
Need to find the magnets for my other frag rack.
Picking up 2 more dosing pumps on Sunday. 1 for Mag and one as a backup in case any of them crap out on me.
Rambling now.

Tested this morning and I am not happy. Tank seems fine other then some algae starting on the sand bed.

Alk 8.6 finally
Ca 400
MG 1500

So made up some water and changed out 30g. Also vacumed the crud on the sand bed. I know not enough to bring down the po and no but I don't want to shock the system. Turned off the dosers for now. Will test again tomorrow and see where things are. Have some prodibio on the way as well.

Sticks are here. Delayed a day so there were a couple doa's. Could have been much worse. 2 out of 16 are for sure gone. And 2 are a strong may not make it.
Hopeful on the others.
Ps dead coral water really smells bad.

That is a bummer still cant believe all those boxes got delayed definitely stink but some of those coral are looking really good! Polyps out and everything!
