I'm so sorry to hear this. This is why I don't even look at SPS corals. I'm afraid I'll fall in love with one and I'm certain it would only end in heartbreak. They're like men with tattoos. Soo good to look at and other people have great luck with them, but I just know it won't end well for me.

my husbands tattoos were all done when he was close to 18, by a family friend in a trailer park or basement if that helps clarify what kind works for me.

if my man had them (which he does not) they would be the fake ones printed on panty hose that you wear on you arm for halloween. But i love him anyway. well as much as you can love stretched out cheap panty hose.

Tinkered a bit tonight. Mixed up some new Brs alk to the correct strength and if my girl math is right a gallon will last me over a month. I had been using BW 8.3 at a VERY dilute concentration. Just gonna watch things really close for the next few days.
Also switched out one of my wavemakers. Now there are 2 jaebo sow 50s on it so I think this will help my flow out alot.
Ordered some cuc, cleaned the skimmer, filled the ato and changed to socks.

Made a fresh batch of fish food. Didn't add the extras to it. Going to try it out this week.
Made lasagna for me, washed the socks, ran some errands, did some other chores. Now it's time for a nap.

So many dishes I miss having, being gluten free. Noodles are one that is pretty close though, but it's near impossible to find gf lasagna noodles. Yours looks amazing though, I'm so hungry now.

Hooked up a doser to start carbon dosing. Vinegar 5% at 50ml per day. See if that helps bring the nitrates down a bit. Then hopefully phos will follow. At least until I can get the reactors set up for carbon and gfo.
Last test was yesterday and ni was 40 and po .3.
Alk and ca have stabilized at least for now at 8.7 and 420.

Morning all worked the election polls yesterday to make a little cash. Long day.

Not sure if the vinegar is bringing the po down or what. I have read its supposed to affect no first and po only later and much later. Could it be that the gunk getting kicked up from the increased flow from the new wavemaker has finally worked itself out of the system. Or is the bacteria I added starting to kick in.
I guess any or all of the above.
Cuc coming tomorrow.

There was snoring?
The big floofy blasto was part of a mystery box from a while back. I think it's a rainbow one. It's got all kinds of insane colors near the mouths.
Speaking of I need to do another video. Got my 2nd icp test back today so have to run the numbers through the shine calculator. See what changes to dosing I need to do and put in another order for anything I don't have that I need.
