That's a stretch, but I'll allow it.
 
Alabama white BBQ sause is the best. Only bbq that is permitted. And only on chicken. Only other use of regular bbq is on pulled pork and then only small amounts for dipping, since the coleslaw moistens it up enough.
What about ribs?

Carolina BBQ sauce is good on chicken. Agreed. Also, BBQ sauce should be an accompaniment, not slathered on stuff thick and sticky. I make all of my own sauces. I also smoke a lot. Always dry rub w/ a mop or spray. When done properly, like a good steak, BBQ doesn't need sauce. Save for pulled pork.

I don't care for ribs. Even steak is a stretch for me. Filet. Had multiple bad experiences with gristle and I have a very sensitive gag reflex now to meat with crunchy things. There's a lob for you all.

Hey everything else is doing amazing so I'm not that sad. I am actually pretty proud of myself at the moment at least. If the other ones I got keep growing I'm good.
 
Also BG ghosted me last night. Apparently I suck at fragging.
Sorry to hear that. It probably wasn't anything you did. I'm pretty new to sticks but my success has been limited when I have tried to save a piece by fragging when they start rtn /stn. My blue ghost is starting to look like yours from the bottom up. I already lost 3 from that shipment. I'm blaming it on UPS not delivering until 7pm instead of before noon as overnight usually is here. Temps of 19 that day probably didn't help.

I think this one may be my best success fragging but still not out of the woods yet.

Seriously of all the ones to lose that would have been the one I picked. The others I have are way prettier and more colorful. Most are already growing over their plugs.

I have to say I'm disappointed in the skirting of the issue raised here. The only correct answer is "Why would you put sauce on steak??? Lightly seasoned, grilled to perfection."
To be fair, you didn't specify what your sauce choices were for in your initial post...
