This brown fuzz keeps growing

So I set up a 10gallon tank with some assorted macros. This fuzz kept coming back, I also just added to fish. What should I do what is this

That my friend, is Hair algae. Almost always tied to nutrient levels in the tank.
How old is the tank?
I'd run a battery of tests. Specifically Nitrate and Phosphate.
Water changes with high quality water will help. Manually remove as much as possible to start. You can go as far as using an old toothbrush in a bucket of old tank water to get most of it. There are further remedies to take, but start there..

The tank is a couple of months it was doing well I will change out the water today

It can be part of the new tank uglies, but... Getting a handle now will make you more successful further down the line.
