Got this guy yesterday. Look great at the store . Is this normal for them to be like this in new tank?

I see some skeleton showing so no, that's not a good thing. I suggest an iodine dip to treat it.

What is that ? I am new to this and this is my 1st buy. All my parameters are perfect. And should I remove him from the tank?

Personally I'd just leave it be. Give it time to acclimate to its new surroundings. Taking it out and dipping may stress it out more.

Plates can be very sensitive to movement. If you tear their flesh, they get infected and can perish. Keep and eye on it closely. If you begin to see more skeleton in the tucked area, let us know and we can walk you through a dip. Also, looks like it is looking for food. Do you have some brine or mysis to feed it? Turn off flow in the tank, put food on the top and watch them eat. It is too cool. This will also help him heal.
