I think you may be mistaken...a pectinia is very different compared to a chalice....I think I read a long time ago that for some odd reason pectinia is classified as a SPS...I dont know why though it look like an LPS to me...A pectinia is a chalice same family.

You just may be right...I dont get into the technical side of the hobby to often....I am going to have to try to remember where I read about it at...it was a long time ago...anyways thanks for the info.Not to get off topic but from what I understand a pectinia is in the family Pectiniidae which also includes mycedium, echinophyllia, and oxypora which are all often generalised as chalices. But I could be wrong. Back to the live sale.
