Last night I found the culprit who killed my Acans within a week, has anyone seen something like this before I have a video but it won't post here, I'll screen shot a clip of the video.

I can't see anything in that picture you posted. However, I'm going to guess that your "bugs" are amphipods and/or copepods, and they might be there simply to eat the dying tissue off the coral. Now that said, @Lionfish Lair has reported on her hitchhiker site amphipods eating zoas.....check out the video on THIS page.
