This good for a beginner reef tank?

I found this as a make offer scenario. It's about 12x12". It was given to seller so he didn't know anything about this. Was used on the sump. He can't find any labeling on it. I have a 29 gallon tank trying to find affordable light. Does anyone know anything about this?

Looks like a lot of red for a display tank. Makes sense it was used on a Refugium but I don’t think it’s what you want for your display. Check out the Smatfarm LED on Amazon. There’s some threads on here about it too. A great light for under $150. One is enough for your 29g
