Dang I have never had heat issues and we're around 100 a lot of days in the summer! We have good air conditioning here though! HA!
Sorry to read about your heat problems.
If you run the AC your tank should not get that hot. I have MH and with the AC running the tank doesn't go above 81. A chiller might be in in your future.
