This inside out? What to do?

I just woke up to find this. I added fresh last night because it was low. Salt 1.027. The phosphate got really high 1.0. That’s all that I tested so far. What should I do?

A. Breathe
B. Test and get all of your parameters.
C. When things are out of control, a water change is usually the first step. But you wont know how much until you have all of your parameters.

Update, he is starting to come out? Phosphate might actually be lower then my first read. Nitrate and ammonia are in a good range

Is that a rock flower? lol, its normal, they do it some mornings, it will pop out when its ready.

Nems will do this at night in my experience.
