If you need your aquarium supplies / equipment within a reasonable time do not purchase from BRS.
I ordered an MP40 to replace my gyre that has died. The order was placed at 5am Monday. Its the end of the day Friday and it still hasn't shipped even though I was told on Wed that it would definitely ship out this week. I ordered a backup battery and reef link at the same time, from 2 other vendors as no one had everything in stock. The reef link is here and battery will be here Tues. Only BRS dropped the ball.
Like most of you I've spent a ton of money with them over the years. There is no way it should take over a week to ship out an order. The web site says 1-3 day delay. No disrespect, but anyone can be trained in 10 minutes to place items in a box and tape it shut. If they really cared about their customers they would have taken care of this problem. I guess they've forgotten that a business doesn't exist without customers.
I work for a business that is deemed essential, so have worked throughout this pandemic. I know one thing for sure, our customers expect the same quality and service as they've always received and we've had to do whatever is necessary to ensure that happens.
