This NEON GREEN spot appeared on favia?!

ok reefers, just moved this guy yesterday to the sandbed. I came home this morning and there seems to be a new growth in it... it's neon green! compared to the other colors this favia has i don't know what's happening?! Any thoughts?

It has a tentacle too that's sweeping back and forth!

It appears the coral is 'budding' or 'dripping' a new colony. The green color is a fluorescent protein that will probably transition to red as it matures.
