This seems to be a sea hare or a nudibranch. It is brownish yellowish. Some of it is brown, some of it is vibrant yellow. It actually looks pretty. I was wondering if it is harmful and maybe what steps I should take next. It does have those little flaps on its back like sea hares usually do.
