I've got some rock curing right now for my newest system (yes I'm adding another one, don't judge me) and found this little guy. Can anyone positively ID it? It almost looks like a tiny horse conch because of the shell shape and red foot, or a tulip snail, or a whelk. Feel free to give whatever ideas you have. I assume it's predatory, just want to know for sure what it is.

I'll bump this back up. Can no one ID this? There's got to be someone that can. I'm very curious, I have the ideas I gave above but nothing concrete.

Thanks for the bump, still not 100% on what it is. It looks like one of the larger conch species but because it's small I can't commit to one.
Honestly i have not the slightest clue on what it is but it looks really knarley and would love to find out along with you haha

@KJ what I'm seeing with those they don't look the same, the front of the shell is more elongated on mine. The more I look I think it's a jouvenile horse conch, which would be fun. Thanks for the interest, if anyone has more ideas lease please add your opinion.

It's either a tulip or conch, both of which are carnivores. Proceed with caution.

Can't believe I didn't respond to your comment, sorry about that. From the start I've been positive it's a carnivore but so far it hasn't taken anything out. Even tiny snails I've added specifically for it to eat. Hopefully I find its preferred food soon.
