This stuff bad? Good? Doesn't bother?

What is this stuff it grows on most of my rock. Almost looks like hair/ dust. Some of my white white rocks (because I recently moved my tank around) but other that haven't been moved have quite a few of these dusty hairy like stuff

looks like sediment. Can you blow it off with a turkey baster?

Completely normal. Heavy flow will remove this.
