This stuff sucks....

Sounds like your going to have an easy eradication without trial and error :)

There was recently a single reported reaction. A kole tang died, however all the facts arent there to support a conclusion one way or the other. Its suspected and arguable that oxygen levels are reduced using this anti-fungal. So may be suggesting an air stone as a safeguard. We are at 86 registered users right now with over a 10:1 success rate and growing fast. There is a member "Twillard" growing out samples I sent hum. To conduct deeper isolated studies. Finding the lowest effective dosage is a big one.

A bunch of us bought up Fluconazole stock before this blew up on R2R. Ive heard The price has doubled but dont know if thats true.

The algae's will die in stages. Bryopsis species are the first to go.

This single dose will kill it all. This treatment should last for up to 3-4 weeks. Im on day 25 and its time for me to do a small WC. Tank looks awesome!!!
So, let me ask you this. Have you noticed any adverse effects on ANYTHING other than algae?
I have a pretty diverse tank in the amount of different stuff. Softies, LPS, SPS, inverts, snails, crabs, etc...

Same here. I see my coco worm as my "canary", aside from about 50+ species of coral. There were a few unofficial reports I can recall where claims of sensitivity to Euphyllia, but many Euphyllia with no problems too. Many variables to consider, but over all highly reef safe.

Im on day 25 after my first dose, with no WC's, no skimmer on this setup, just a 4.5g canister filter and lots of bio filtration.

In my tank nothing has been ill effected from what I can see. There is some research being done on a type of parasitic algae that kills LPS from the inside out and using Fluconazole to kill this algae. But, this may be occurring in many of our treated tanks right now and we dont know it.

Fluconazole works. Your's looks like bryopsis that has been hanging around for awhile. It loses it's fern like structure and starts just looking like what you have going on there. ;)
This is what mine did. It's all gone now thanks to fluconazole. Nothing in my system was affected adversely [emoji2]

I've got about 75 different corals/invertibrates etc. I didn't lose anything, everything looked happier during the treatment (seriously) and now it's all growing like crazy because the algae is all gone! :D

FWIW (I haven't seen any evidence of oxygen depletion).
