All fireworms are bristleworms. The vast majority of fire worms are harmless to our tanks.
You don't want to touch a bristle or fire worm.

I read that fireworms can attack small fish and crustaceans, I have Hector gobies, shrimp and a small manderin dragonet that I haven't seen since I got home from work .

I've got dozens and dozens of them. My mandarin and gobys have been fine. Aquatic animals know how to avoid possible predators even in a box of water and rock.

Again, most fireworms, and especially ones found in the hobby, are not predators and are perfectly fine in our tanks. Besides, the worm on your photos looks nothing like a fireworm.
