But the real award is when I all by myself is sitting looking in the tank not noticing that the commercial in the TV nearby is getting the break they call program.

My reward is the zen I receive when playing with my tank. Life,kids,job all take a toll on me and my tank helps bring me back to earth. Plus I like playing god and I am not smart enough to be a doctor[emoji14]! On top of that I love seeing people faces when they see my tank. Then when I explain that every coral is alive and a animal not a plant the really freak out. I am just ok at a lot of things in life and my reef tank reminds me that I am great at one thing at least. My kids think I am a pretty good daddy too so there is that
