Thought on Buy, Sell, Trade FAQ Template?

Just throwing this topic out here for moderator feedback- Has anyone ever considered Fact & FAQ templates for both dry good & livestock buy/sell/trade and add as a sticky to each of the buy/sell/trade forum type?
The reason I ask is because many buyers seems to either unintentionally left out some key informations which can lead to buyer trust issue, or not giving the proper information leading to confusion on both selling and buying sides. I have seen some buy/sell threads & PMs go out of control because people keep asking questions that really could have been avoided if all the answers were pre-filled in a template (I can't help when people don't read though, that's a whole other topic), which the moderator can quickly eye-ball and approve before the listing goes live.
I think this will be a great help for both the seller to reduce the amount of follow up questions, and also to help earn buyer trust from the get go.
What's everyone's opinion on such a template and moderation format to help de-clutter the buy/sell/trade area?

I haven't entered the BTS forum yet...but I'm following! What are some examples of key/proper information that's being left out (generalized, so we can't trace it back to any one seller or group of sellers)?

Yes, pretty much. I wish some of the buy/sell/trade mods can hop in here and give us their 2cents on this topic

Good question. Examples of the most FAQ in dry goods that are follow up are:

• Has this equipment ever been exposed to medication?
• What's the energy consumption of this equipment- to help calculate electrical safety
• Exact measurement/footprint- i.e. Skimmer, pumps, etc.

Some examples of the FAQ on livestock:

• Current diet of this critter (what you actually feed regularly)
• The water parameter (salinity, temp, etc) you keeping this livestock under
• Livestock's current living condition (to make sure it's not a downsize).
• What type of tankmakes, in fish, inverts, and corals does this livestock has, and any specific call outs on behavior against any tankmates for future owner's consideration.

I believe anyone who's truly passionate in the wellbeing of their soon to be re-homed creature, as well as the creature of those who are buying dry equipments for will have the ethical conscience to provide a lot of information for a successful transition.
