What does everyone think of these levels?

Nitrate might be a bit low. I might feed more. :)
I’ve been trying to figure out the Red Sea test kit for nitrates. I wish Hanna would come out with a nitrate checker. Red Sea test is color comparison, the color tells me I have 1.0 then you go to the card and it says the n-no3 is .25. For me that’s confusing.

I'd raise it then. better to be 5 ppm than 0.25 ppm.

Your nitrates are 1ppm.

the 0.23 is N-NO3, NO3 is 1 part N to 3 part O. N-NO3 is the N reading in your nitrates. Ignore it as the hobby standard is NO3. If you were a farmer the N-NO3 number is important.

This was exactly what I was looking for so 4.0 on the Red Sea card means 4.0 no3 and .91 n-no3 which I don’t need to worry about.
