Thoughts on Algae

Wondering how I can get this under control. Tank is about 6 months old.... is just the ugly period and I should just wait until I start attacking it? Thought it might be not enough flow so I bought a second Jeabo pp4, should be here tommorow. Nitrate and Phosphate are not detectable with API test kit... ( I know... API). Lighting is two 24 inch ATI T5 blue+ and Coral +
