I'm 10 days into QT with this wrasse. I've done two doses of Prazipro. He's in the tank with a Royal Gramma and a Midas Blenny. Water has been cloudy, but I've done two large water changes and its clearing.

The wrasse is losing his color and swimming listlessly. The most activity I've seen is him doing vertical loops in the top of the tank up against the front glass. He's eating sporatically. I don't see anything external only a loss of coloration. Other fish in the tank look good.

Thoughts on the wrasse?

Can you tell us about the tank setup? Prazipro's ingredient, Oxybispropanol absorbs/uses some of the O2 that's available and sometimes results in a bacterial/algae bloom in the tank clouding the water. Are you running both an airstone & a powerhead aimed up to the surface, actively rippling the water surface to increase O2 in the QT?

10g tank, with Aquaclear 30 HOB filter and Imagitarium 190 gph power head. Power head is in the middle of the side wall pushing all of the water lengthwise in the tank. Lots of flow. The power head has an air intake to inject bubbles in the stream, which I have shut off as the bubbles made it difficult to visually observe the animals. I *think* there's lots of surface agitation, but can always try to increase O2 levels.

I'll move the power head closer to the surface and open the air intake. Thanks for the tip.
