Hello Fellow DIY people. I have got a stand alone Red sea reffer 170. I have located it in a corner but rather than setting it fully in the corner i have it set forward about 4 feet from the corner. I have then decided to build a small table behind it where i can keep track of my chemistry and i was able to add a sheet of plywood to the legs where I now mount my controllers and such. Currently i have a fake Ikea fig tree covering it up. I would like to know if you have any recommendations on what might be better for hiding the table.

Since the space is somewhat wasted under the steps, build a closet. Have a Cabinet Door to the Right of the Aquarium. Put a Closet Door to the Left, and have it open against the back wall. It looks like that is a light weight Love Seat, just move it out to access the Closet. Turn your Aquarium 45 degrees to the right, and slightly recess it in the closet so the overflow in the back of the tank is in the closet. Put a Magnetic mounted panel above the Aquarium where it‘s recessed in the wall, for servicing.
