Thoughts on Noo-Psyche K7 Pro III in 2023 ?

Noopsyche users must be busy 
I haven't used one. They would be on my short list, if I were to go LED with my next tank, because of what you get vs the cost.
They aren't black boxes at all, like the Viparspectra, Marsaqua, etc, because they have more features. 7 channels instead of 2. They have lenses like AI Hydra instead of individual diodes arranged in a "panel" like the black boxes. Each channel can be programmed/dimmed/ramped with an App on your phone.

I have three over my 4’ tank and absolutely love them! I have used black boxes and these are no way in the same category with those.

Love mine. LPS growing. No complaints at all. I didnt have any issues with programming them. I thought they were a good investment. Would i buy top of the line? Yes, but i got these 2 for my whole tank for the price of 1/2 of 1 high end light. If you are new to the hobby, a great investment for sure. I would hate to drop $500-600 on a light and then sell of my tank for a fraction because of Dinos or any other reason people give up.

Love them as lights. Great bang for your buck. Very customizable with all the channels and time increments. BUT. The app is horrible, it was hard to set up for me. I even had to change my router to get a solid 2.4 band, not necessary the light's fault on that one. But it took many attempts at setting them up, including calling someone for tech support. I also struggled getting them to sync together. However, once set up, they are great. I'm getting great growth from my SPS on top and the softies and LPS are big and happy. I would recommend only if you are confident in techy things and understand the basics of connections and wifi. I thought I did and it was a struggle for me. But I did learn a little more so next time it be so hard.

I do wish the increments within the program were customizable. 1 hr increments is good, but i would love to me able to have 30 or 15 min. The program is definitely not perfect and there are quite a few posts showing the struggles.

I went from an AI Prime 16HD to Noo-Psyche 7 and have seen growth on my corals.
The application is definitely not super high quality that’s the only downside to it, I changed the hours I wanted the lights on for and it was sooo manual.
At least for me, the prices of some of these lights I can’t justify so these are great for the price and absolutely get the job done.
