Just curious if anyone has had any success or experience with running ozone in conjunction with a thriving Refugium?

They do different things. One won't interfere with the other. The ozone should help keep the yellowing from the refugium out of the water

I run ozone in my sump, 5-10 minutes per week at the moment. Water is crystal clear. Not sure if it is due to the polishing filter or 10 gallon water change on a 75 weekly. I use a wooden air stone, make sure to put the cats in another room and open windows and doors. It is named AIRTHEREAL, high output of 1000mg/h at 20 watts.
