Thoughts on the Tunze 8831 Refugium Light?

I was looking at the light spectrum chart and it was showing mostly blue spectrum? I'm new to the refugium world and I'm a little concerned. It's only 9 watts and its color charts look a bit different than most other Fuge lights.

Edit to add: refugium section of sump is 19.5” x 6”

The power consumption is 9watts so that means they are 0.5 watt leds. So not very powerful. If it was $20 I’d give it a try and get like 4 of them. But for that price point you’d have a lot more success with a H80.
