Thoughts on this chipped/scratched

I can feel it with my fingernail, but it isn’t deep. It is on the bottom of an aquarium, and I believe it is tempered. I didn’t notice it until after I painted it black, unfortunately.

If its a scratch, on the bottom.....
Cover it with sand and live rock. Itll be fine
