So I had what I assumed was a velvet outbreak in the tank and immediately pulled the fish and was able to get a script from my vet for CP. I treated at 65mg/g for 30 days and two rounds of praziquantel (general cure) at the end following the humblefish guide. As of today fish are still showing signs of something that I am trying to figure out what they have. Pics attached of one of my clowns. Any help appreciated and thank you all in advance.

Do you have access to a microscope to do a skin scrape?

Was the CP dosed just once then?

Any reason not to try copper on them now?

Sadly I dont have access to a microscope but trying to source one. The CP was dosed and I did a few water changes but made sure to at the CP to the new water to keep it at the same strength. I only used indirect lighting as I was concerned with the degradation from bright light.

I just may give copper a shot.

Thanks!
