Thoughts or help with my flow

Just looking for thoughts, opinions, or help on my flow. Tank is 3 weeks old.

75 gallon tank with eshopps sump using an SCP-90 Jebao. Have it set on random mode. Both sides pointed to water surface. Have the power set on lowest setting.

Should I leave one pointed at surface and point over one down in the tank.
